A dying girl unleashes a mountain curse to gain vengeance on her killer. 466 miles south, the curse, through it's fungal messengers, finds it's vessel in "Dishes", an epileptic young woman hiking the AT with her service dog, Hildy, at her side. Only 200 miles into the 2,190 mile-long trail, Dishes is on a trying journey to escape the haunting nightmare of her disturbed mother's gruesome suicide. Unaware this mountain curse has infected her with visions of the afflicted spirits of the mountains, its force draws her ever closer to Achilles, a handsome, mysterious, and murderous "trail famous" hiker. Their sexual connection begins to uncover his sociopathic nature as tragedy befalls her wherever she goes. As the afflicted spirits reveal to Dishes the mission of vengeance they have selected her for, she's forced to confront the death of her mother as she brings Achilles back to the place he's been running from, MILE 666.
